Jim DeBlasio

James P. DeBlasio
President, Chief Executive Officer and Board Member

James P. DeBlasio is President and Chief Executive Officer of Internap Network Services (NASDAQ: INAP). DeBlasio accepted the position in late 2005 determined to achieve sustained profitability and deliver long overdue value to its shareholders. He oversees all the day-to-day operations of the company, including engineering, operations, finance, marketing and sales functions. Previously, DeBlasio was Chief Operating Officer for the company. He has also served, since August 2003, as a member of the Internap board of directors and chairman of the audit committee.

George E. Kilguss III

Chief Financial Officer

George E. Kilguss III leads the Company's Accounting, Finance, Purchasing, Financial Planning and Analysis functions. He has significant financial management, operations and development experience in publicly traded and privately-held technology companies as well as the investment banking sector.

Tim Sullivan

Chief Technology Officer

Tim Sullivan leads Product Engineering and Development, Operations and Infrastructure, the CDN and IP Networking business units, Marketing, Sales Operations and Customer Care, Channels, and IT. Tim is a seasoned executive, who brings with him a wealth of industry knowledge and technical expertise. Most recently, Sullivan was the President and CEO, and one of the Founders of CebaTech Inc., whose compiler technology produces hardware designs and improves time to market from existing software implementations.

Richard P. Dobb

Chief Administrative Officer

Richard P. Dobb leads the Company's Human Resources, Facilities, Legal functions and guides the development of policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of Internap's business practices. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), intellectual property law, public securities and commercial law.

Vice President of Global Sales

Randal Thompson leads the Company’s worldwide sales organization, strategy and programs. In this role, he is responsible for driving growth by attracting new clients and expanding the service portfolio with existing customers. Additionally, Thompson focuses on developing strategic partnerships and opening new markets around the world.
