Performance IP - OC3 Line

Mid-volume users can now choose the Internap OC3 line. Customers have the option of installing a rate-limited service, or a full burstable OC3 line. Bandwidth commitment levels begin at 30 Mbps. With the OC3 line service, you receive route-optimized connectivity via our proprietary P-NAP® technology, ensuring the fastest, most reliable data transfers possible.

Included with your OC3 line service

• Full transit, route-optimized TCP/IP connectivity through our P-NAP® facility directly to the major Internet backbones.
• 24 x 7 Proactive circuit monitoring, outage reporting and outage troubleshooting by the Internap Network Operations Center (NOC)
• Notification schedule and escalation procedures
• Bandwidth utilization graphs available 24 x 7
• Optional NNTP News Feed
• Circuit provisioning
• Primary DNS for one (1) domain -or- Secondary DNS for up to 200 domains
• Allocation of IP addresses in compliance with ARIN policy
• Engineering start-up service

Additional OC3 line services offered

• Router Configuration Service (Cisco routers only)
• Firewall Configuration Service (Standard IP Packet Filter, Cisco routers only)
• Additional primary and secondary DNS Service

Optional equipment package

• Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) Service (Individual Case Basis)

(Without the CPE Service, customer owns and is responsible for all maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting of its customer premises equipment.)
